For first-time subscription purchases, a refund may be requested within
7 days of the initial charge, except where required by applicable law.
If you are not satisfied within 7 days, contact support. Refund requests are
reviewed based on usage.
If no subscription credits have been used in that billing cycle, the first
subscription charge is eligible for a full refund.
If some credits are used and total usage is below 30% of that billing
cycle's allocation, we may offer credit compensation first and may offer a
partial payment refund at our discretion.
If usage has reached or exceeded 30% of that billing cycle's allocation, the
charge is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility is determined by credits consumed, not by number of
images generated.
Renewal subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed,
except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless
canceled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not retroactively refund the
current billing period.
